2. Description of Service
MyAdrs is a real-estate platform that connects property owners with prospective buyers and tenants.We are an intermediary platform and do not own, manage, or sell the properties listed.All property transactions are entered into directly between the Buyer/Tenant and the Owner.
3. User Accounts & Verification
To ensure the safety of our community, we require all users to verify their mobile numbers via a One-Time Password (OTP). By registering, you consent to receive such verification messages. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
4. Content Guidelines
Users are solely responsible for the content (photos, descriptions) they post. You must not post content that is misleding, illegal, or violates third-party rights. MyAdrs reserves the right to remove any listing without prior notice if it is found to be in violation of these terms.
5. Zero Brokerage Policy
Our "Zero Brokerage" claim refers to the fact that MyAdrs does not charge a brokerage fee for facilitating connections. However, we are not responsible for any side-agreements or financial transactions occurring outside our platform between users.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyAdrs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service or any interactions with other users.
